  1. TRC Open Evening – Thursday 24th August

The open evening last Thursday introduced 7 new runners who ran with the Groups and hopefully we will see again. It also brought out more Club Members that we have seen for some months! Maybe it was the attraction of the cakes. In total there were well over 50 people there on the night. Big thanks to Jon Hall and his Team of Chris Pritchard and Carole Mosses for the original idea and the work with Facebook and sorting out the night and welcoming the new people.

Thanks to all those who helped deliver leaflets to all the houses around the course on Sunday.

  1. Basic First Aid & CPR for runners – Monday 25th September

It is about time we revisited what to do when you are out running and someone nearby collapses. Clare Watt will lead an evening session on Monday 25th Sept in our usual room – Severnside Suite from 19.00-21.00.  All Members are welcome to come along. It just may save somebodies life if you know how to do CPR and give basic first aid.    Put your name down on the Google Form attached here.

Does anyone have a projector Clare can borrow on the night? (please contact Arthur Renshaw)
