- ‘New to Running’ course Autumn 2024 – a message from organiser Carol
Thank you to everyone who volunteered to be a Beginners Champion for this course. In spite of the weather at this time of year we had 18 people initially registered. For various reasons; sometimes life gets in the way; we had 9 complete the course and 5 attended the Graduation Parkrun at Berkeley Green. We have coached them to run 5k, not to do cross country. ) They ran times between 28:22 and 32:55!!! Fantastic times for their first parkrun. The feedback has been very positive from people who completed and those who had to drop out and postpone until the Spring.
We will do it all again in Spring 2025.!
feedback…..
