We are very short of runners for the Mob Match – please sign up to run as it is the number of runners we get on the night that is the key to winning a Mob match!

We need marshals & helpers for the 10k at the end of June. Please put your name down.

The steady Tuesday night run is back for the summer. 7pm top car park at the Leisure Centre. Usually off-road and 5k-10k. Distance, route & pace depending on who turns up.

Is there a need for a new Thursday night Group at 8.30 pace?
