As you will have seen, Nick and Mel will be stepping down from their roles as Club Captains at the end of the month. We are looking for one or two of you to step into their shoes, to take on the Captain role and to keep the club ticking over, particularly on Thursday nights. No experience is necessary, and the role isn’t particularly onerous and largely entails introducing Thursday night runs and sharing notices, organising the leader’s rota, organising the club championships (which Nick is willing to help with) and generally celebrating the individual and team success at TRC. If you are interested, please do let Nick know and he will gladly talk you through the role.

- Jessica Harrison Physiotherapy
Jessie is a new (again) member of TRC, and also a MSK physiotherapist specialising in womens health, mainly around postnatal/menopause, and her passion is getting women back into fitness/running following childbirth.
Jessie is hoping to be able to offer a return to running ‘C25K’ run for postnatal women, who would also be seeing her to focus on strengthening pelvic floor, imbalances and dealing with symptoms like incontinence. In order for these women truly be able to get either back to running or into running it is important to focus on personalised programmes throughout her Mummy MOT assessments, which she does privately.
Please take a look at her website (www.jessicaharrisonphysiotherapy.com) and the attached leaflet for more details, and please do get in touch with Jessie for more information.
