• Sunday 8^th September 08.30 – 10.30

We need to deliver the notification letter to all the properties on the Oldbury 10 mile course. We are going to do it on bikes and ideally, we need 8 cyclists to cover the whole course.

Meet at the Scout hut on Sunday at 08.30 or at the Oldbury Naite crossroads at 08.50 (on road to Power Station)

We also need about 8 more people to help with the race organisation – helpers at the Power Station (Race HQ) plus course Marshal positions. Please help if you can. Even if you can only spare a short time it will be helpful.
