We hope to be able to hold the third of our EA supported coaching sessions with Kerry Newell soon, tentative date 30th November. We are looking for a venue for this session and still awaiting a response. I hope to be able to announcement something as soon as possible. Will put out an update on the two coaching WhatsApp group (Aztec and TLC) once the date and venue are confirmed.

  1. Riverbank Rollick – Sunday 16th January

The Riverbank Rollick is back! From the three club events we make a profit which allows us to fund ‘Run & Rehydrate’, ‘Xmas Light Run’ food, discount on T-shirts etc. To organise these events successfully we need a lot of club members to step forward to help on the day. We ask members not to enter the event but there may be roles that can be completed in advance, allowing some people to enter. In the meantime please let Jo Plumbley, Race Director, know your availably to help. You also get a ringside seat for the action and it’s a fun day. Race HQ is at the Castle School and we expect 500 runners. We will be organising a Sunday run over (most of) the course on a date close to the event for those who want the mud experience and to see where their Marshal points are.
