6. Beginner’s Running Course Oct / Nov 2022

Message from Carol … Thank you very much to Kevin, Hugh, Arthur, Chris, Emma, Mark, Paul and Amel for helping Natalie and I deliver the Beginner’s Running Course over the last 2 months. (And Nathan and Sam who were available to cover if needed.) We had 16 beginners sign up, 12 of whom attended 4 or more sessions out of the 9 on offer. As usual, there was a mix of abilities and previous running experience. The group got on well together and ran in some pretty awful weather a couple of times. 3 people struggled with illness and / or injury and are keen to get started again when they are fully recovered. Some have expressed an interest in running with the club on a Thursday. Fingers crossed.
