Runners meet for longer runs on Sunday mornings, at 8.30am in the small car park opposite The Castle School, next to the Scout Hut. These runs continue throughout the year, come rain or shine, and are usually led by John Grimsey who keeps you up to date below and on Facebook – Thornbury Running Club group.

Sunday 30th April

After all the excitement of the London are you inspired to go out for a Sunday morning run? My thought for this Sunday morning is a 10 and a bit miler, some off-road, some road. Across the A38, across to Old Down, then Elberton and back home on the Rollick route. As always, plenty of turn off points to turn back or add extra. See for details.

If so, then my plan is to meet at 8:30 at the scout hut car park on Sunday. Any interest in that?

John Grimsey
